Vask has been one of the romantic places that I know in BGC. Recently, they came up with a new concept called "Deep Sunsets" which happens every Sunday.
Gambas Aioli. I like how generous they are with the shrimp here. 
Atun - Piquillo Peppers. Caramelized onions and tuna. 
Jamon - Parmesan Mousse. Good. I like the mousse.
Crab Hollandaise. Rich in flavor. I like this better than the Jamon. 
Roast Beef - Escalivado. Tastes more like mushrooms for me.
Assorted Croquetas. We had three flavors: fish, squid ink, and bechamel. My fave pick is the squid ink.
Rabas. Fried fresh squid. Basil mayonnaise. It's a bit salty but it goes well with the basil mayo. The dip is good.
Wagyu Beef Carpaccio. Australian Mayura Wagyu with parmesan ice cream and pine nuts. A good contrast of flavors and temperature.
Paella. They serve this as a complimentary dish for their guests after sunset, along with a Carafe of Sangria.
Bailey's and Anna de Codorniu Rose Cava from Spain. Good drink, great music, and wonderful ambiance with good friends. Perfect Sunday.

Deep Sunsets at Vask
Vask has been one of the romantic places that I know in BGC. Recently, they came up with a new concept called "Deep Sunsets" which happens every Sunday.
The new concept, Deep Sunsets happens every Sunday late afternoon at The Deck of Vask Tapas Room, Bonifacio Global City.
From a romantic scenery, as the sun goes down, so does the beat drop. The have DJs playing house and electronic dance music from late afternoon until midnight. It's a good place to chill and socialize on a Sunday while enjoying the view of BGC.
You may still order from the menu of Vask, but The Deck has a separate menu to offer during Deep Sunsets.
