Brunch at Figaro Coffee

Recently, I was invited to visit Figaro. It's been a while since I last ate there, so I was excited to try them again.

This year, we celebrated the 14th Ultimate Taste Test. I am glad to be invited again as a food critic to this event. The entries were all very impressive. I appreciate everyone's creativity with the new dishes they came up with, their passion for coming up with their products, and their exemplary skills in making artisanal food.

Cafe Xocolat

Cafe Xocolat has been my go-to cafe whenever I would visit Mysterium Philippines in Katipunan. This was also Robin's chill spot a few years back in their old location. Cafe Xocolat is now located on the Ground Floor of SMRC Building, Katipunan Avenue corner B. Gonzales Street, Loyola Heights, Quezon City. The interiors give a cozy, rustic vibe, that's perfect when you simply want to read a book while drinking coffee, or having a chill catching up with friends.

Delicere

Sunday dinner in Marikina has brought us to Delicere in San Roque. This is one of Robin's go-to spots and he recently introduced me to this place.

Went to PizzaExpress for a looloo rendezvous, which also happens to be my first. Enjoyed good food and made new friends here. 

Mamma Mia

There's a new Italian restaurant in town and the dishes got me singing the lines, "Mamma mia, here I go again. My my, how can I resist you?" 

Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen

Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen's new branch is at Ayala Malls the 30th. Went there with foodie friends to try out some best sellers and new dishes on the menu.

The renowned chef and impeccable palate behind some of the world's most famed restaurants, Michelin Chef Davide Oldani finally came to Manila on January 18, 2017, to share his world of flavor. He recently opened his first concept restaurant outside Milan, FOO'D by Davide Oldani at Shangri-La The Fort, BGC. I was recently invited to experience a 3-course lunch in this Michelin Star Chef's restaurant.

Vagabonds Artisan Comfort Food

I was recently invited to try out Vagabonds Artisan Comfort Food. It got me really excited to try their 1000 grams steak, but my experience with this restaurant was beyond my expectation. I was able to try almost everything on the menu! Awesome!
