Globy Travelling Chef has been one of the known restaurants in Boracay because of its good food and they have expanded in Lio.
Located along the beach front of Lio, Globy offers international cuisines that would accommodate foreign travelers.
Here are the dishes that we've tried:
Globy's Breakfast. Globy's own creation. Potato pancake golden fried, topped with smoked salmon, poached egg and finished with creamy cheese sauce.
Nasi Goreng with Chicken Satay. A known Indonesian dish that is rich in flavors.
Chicken Tikka Masala. Known as an Indian dish, made of roaster chunks of chicken tikka marinated into spices and yoghurt cooked in spicy masala sauce with peanuts served with rice and homemade chapati bread.
Colombian Backpacker. Topped with lemon marinated vegetable salad, feta cheese and beef tenderloin grilled to perfection.
Breakfast Panini. Flat bread, tomato, pesto, scrambled egg, bacon, capsicum, onion, cheese.
Globy's Favorite. Italy. Ham, olives, capsicum, tomato, mushroom and garlic.
Aaaaaand.... The mandatory groupie!
