May 15, 2017 -- Ippudo has released new dishes on their menu. It's as good as the ones that they already have, plus it's super creative.

Introducing Ippudo's new dishes:
Clam Chowder Ramen. A soulful fusion. Thick noodles flavored with black pepper spice served with a combination of Ippudo's signature Tonkotsu broth enhanced with bechamel sauce and Truffle oil. Topped with fresh clams and a generous dusting of parmesan cheese. Truly a unique experience on its own.  I love the flavors in this ramen and the soup is really creamy. I also love the potatoes, just wow. The bacon is best eaten when you cut it into small bits and mix with the ramen.
Teba Gyoza. Deep fried chicken wings, stuffed with meaty gyoza filling and served with tangy Gyoza Sauce. I didn't know what this was called at first so my initial reaction was, "Wow, this chicken tastes like gyoza!"  The filled part is boneless.
Torched Salmon Roll. A global favorite, and definitely my favorite pick as well. Ippudo's take on a torched Salmon Sushi Roll topped with creamy Metaiko mayo and fish roe. I love the roe and the creaminess on top. It's very soft that it's indulging. I would say it's better than the usual salmon sushi roll.
