Food trip with foodies friends up north has led us to visit Oh My Greek. Previously, I visited Oh My Greek's elevated restaurant, Meraki (See my blog post: Elevated Healthy Greek Food at Sante and Meraki). Recently, I was able to check out Oh My Greek at The Block in SM North EDSA.
Greek food is known as the healthiest in the world because the ingredients used in Greek cuisine are usually rich in antioxidants, good cholesterol, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. At Oh My Greek, I was able to enjoy their delicious meals without feeling guilty about my intake.
Here are the dishes that we tried:

First, I got their Brewed iced tea for my drink. Does the packaging look familiar? They are in partnership with Pure Nectar.

For our appetizer, we had the Greek Dips. Greek pita bread with taramasalata, olive tapenade, and tzatziki. My favorite is the tzatziki which is made with Greek yogurt.

I love their Traditional Greek Salad. It is made with feta cheese, kalamata olives, onion, bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. I believe this is also called Xoriatiki.

Their best-seller is the Calamares. Deep fried calamares with lemon aioli. I love how the squid is cooked perfectly. It's tender and not rubbery.

The Spanakopita is a Greek-style spinach pie made with phyllo dough. Made with spinach, feta cheese, ricotta cheese, filo pastry, onion, garlic, dill, and lemon. It's flaky and a little savory.

For our main dish, I had the Pork Gyro with Greek Rice. It is made with pork gyros meat, Greek rice, tomato, cucumber, red onions, and tzatziki sauce. I love this a lot. It's so good.

For dessert, we had the Loukoumades which are traditional Greek-style doughnuts. We had the Nutella & crusted almonds flavor. It's a great choice to cap the delectable meal that we had.
