All You Can Eat Dim Sum at Jasmine Restaurant, New World Makati Hotel

Recently, I was invited to Jasmine Restaurant in New World Makati Hotel for their Dim Sum All You Can. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with them, and I'm sharing it with you in this post.

Jasmine Restaurant has been known for its delicious dim sum and their all-you-can-eat promos that are totally worth it. They recently adjusted their promo rates to PHP1,288 nett for lunch from Mondays to Fridays and PHP1,488 nett for lunch from Saturdays to Sundays and dinner from Sundays to Thursdays. All-you-can-eat dim sum is not available on Fridays and Saturdays for dinner.
Here are the dishes that I tried:

For my drink, I ordered their Mango shake. They use fresh and sweet Philippine mangoes.

The Soup of the Day was a nice and thick hot and sour soup with shitake mushroom, carrot, and egg.

Pickled Cucumber. An excellent starter to aid your digestion with all the dim sum you are about to eat.

Crispy pork belly. Tender and juicy pork belly with a nicely-salted crispy skin. Served with mustard dip. This is a favorite pick for me.

Shrimp, mushroom, salted egg dumpling. It's good, but I barely noticed the salted egg.

"Har Gao" shrimp, bamboo shoot dumpling. A classic favorite.

Minced chicken, truffle mushroom dumpling. A must-try if you like truffles.

Xiao Long Bao, Shanghainese pork dumpling. Juicy soup dumplings. I like how the wrapper does not break easily.

Crispy Eggplant, salt and pepper. I'm a picky eater when it comes to eggplant, but I really enjoyed this dish.

"Siu Mai" pork crab meat dumpling. Authentic siomai that's nostalgic and meaty.

Seafood Taro Puff. This dish is a best-seller. It's delicious. I love the crispiness of the outside and the moist inside. I highly recommend trying this. Just be cautious if you have a seafood allergy.

Seafood Cheese Spring Roll. Cheesy seafood version of lumpia.

Yang Chow Style Fried Rice. I'm definitely not skipping the rice even if I have an all-you-can-eat meal. I'm glad I did not miss this. I love the generous amount of egg used here, and it's flavorful.

Honey Roasted Pork. I love the glaze and sweetness of this dish. Meat is tender, as always.

Braised Fish Fillet, Mustard, Lemon Grass. Also good; I apologize for running out of words at this point. I was not able to confirm with them what fish did they use, but it tastes like cream dory.

Deep-Fried Spare Ribs, Coffee Sauce.
I'm not sure if it's my first time eating spare ribs with coffee sauce, but it works so well. It's aromatic and savory-sweet.
Barbecued Pork, Pastry Puff. Another favorite pick. The puff pastry is so good; the pork is asado.

Chicken Feet. Gelatinous and rich in collagen.

Radish Cake. It's soft and savory.

For dessert, we had the Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Milk Chocolate. The milk chocolate was a wonderful surprise inside. The outside layer is subtly sweet and chewy.

Longevity Buns. From what I know, Longevity Buns are sometimes called Birthday Bao or shoutao. It is a type of lotus seed bun, sometimes with a filling made of red bean paste or lotus paste. This was also enjoyable to eat.

After that sating and very satisfying meal, I ordered Brewed Coffee, which was thoughtfully served with a cookie. By the way, I also had the Barbecued Pork Buns, which are delectable, but I wasn't able to get a good photograph of them.
