Christmas is just around the corner and as we welcome this festive season, Taal Vista Hotel does, too, through their Christmas for Always 2019 Celebration.
Taal Vista Hotel welcomes the holiday season with a Christmas tree lighting program and a concert. I was lucky enough to be invited to their event, as they also celebrate their 80th Anniversary. Wow! That's near a century already.
The program started with the unveiling of the new History Panel at the Sampaguita Ballroom foyer with SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation President Ms. Elizabeth Sy and General Manager Mr. Richard Gamlin. Their history panel is an amazing read as you'll learn so much about Tagaytay's history as well as Taal Vista Hotel's.
After the unveiling of the history panel is the Christmas tree lighting ceremony. This was lead again by Ms. Elizabeth Sy and Mr. Richard Gamlin. After the tree lighting, they also had a gift-giving for the children of Augustinian Sister Servants of Jesus and Mary.
Taal Vista Hotel's enchanting Christmas Tree is made by the Filipino craftsmen of Pampanga. I love that they chose our local products over importing.
The Christmas concert was then done at the Grand Ballroom with live performances by Imuscapella Chamber Choir and Opus One.
Christmas for Always would not be complete without having a sumptuous meal. We had a great buffet dinner outside of the Grand Ballroom. I also loved their featured drink, the Martini Dolce 0.0. It's an alcohol-free Italian Sparkling wine. Lovely.
