Shawarma Bros (UP Town Center)

Shawarma Bros has finally opened a branch up north! I have been enjoying Shawarma Bros for years already and I'm glad to see how they've come a long way from a food truck, to coming up with a flagship branch (in BGC), and expanding to places.
I was recently invited to visit their new branch in UP Town Center and try out their new dishes. Located at the second floor of UP Town Center, Katipunan Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, Shawarma Bros was formed by five Ateneo bros who wanted to undertake a food business together. Introducing the new bro dishes of Shawarma Bros:
Keema Nachos. Regular nachos, but instead of being topped with salsa, it's topped with keema. Works well with beer. (You can avail 4 bottles of San Mig Light for 50 Php per bottle for every order of keema nachos).
Pita Tostadas and Garlic Hummus. It's my first time to try deep fried pita bread. It was enjoyable and I liked it, though it can get really greasy. The garlic hummus was good as well. It doesn't taste like the authentic hummus from Mediterranean restaurants but they have tailored it for the Filipino palate.
Crazy Hot Sauce. Aside from their usual garlic yoghurt, cheese sauce, and chili tomato, those who want a stronger, crazier sauce can request for the crazy hot sauce at the counter. Dare to try a spoonful?

And then my all-time favorites:

Shawarma Bros Iced Tea. It's not a secret that they use Allmytea for their iced tea, one of my favorites.
Rice Meals. Available in beef, chicken, lamb, and keema. Served with mango salsa and Biryani rice. My favorites are the lamb and beef rice meals. (See my previous post for a more detailed review: CLICK HERE)
Keema. Can be ordered with rice meals, wraps, or a la carte. I love this as a side dish for lamb or beef rice meal.
