The last stop of our SM City North EDSA food crawl was at IHOP Fresh and Go. I can't believe we still managed to gourmandize all of these in spite of being from different restaurants throughout the day.
IHOP Fresh and Go is located on the upper ground floor of the main building of SM City North EDSA, Bago Bantay, Quezon City. IHOP Fresh and Go is not the usual IHOP that we know, it's more of a fast casual dining with fewer items on the menu. However, they still have the all-day breakfast concept. The dishes are also more affordable.
Big Breakfast. As a part of their All-Day Breakfast Classics, this loaded meal will surely give you so much energy to get going throughout the day.
Sriracha Fried Chicken and Bacon Waffle Sandwich. Another heavy and sating dish. Carbs for the waffles and protein punch from the chicken and bacon. From the Big Breakfast to this dish, I think a single serving could be for sharing unless you have a huge appetite.
Mexicali Crepe. This would be a good meal for those who are usually "on the go". The crepe is wrapped like a burrito and you can taste the Mexican flavors in it.
Philly Cheese Steak Omelette. I like this a lot. Beef omelet topped with cheese, mushrooms, sauteed onions, and more beef (yay!) served with toasted bread. Delectable.
Breaded Porkchop Rice. The porkchop was average for me. Nothing extraordinary. IHOP serves some rice meals but their stars are definitely the pancakes and waffles.
Strawberries and Cream Pancakes. I like strawberries and I love whipped cream so this is an A+ for me. The pancakes are drowned in strawberry syrup, though, so it's definitely sweet--something I would love to have for breakfast to have that energy going on for the whole day.
Sansrival. We still have room for dessert and this sansrival was worth the room in my stomach.
