As part of our SM City North EDSA food crawl with my foodie besties, we visited Snowbing and tried their snacks as well as the bingsu. (See related: King Chef Dimsum Kitchen).
Over the past years in the Philippines, there has been a hype on all-things Korean--from tv shows to music, to stores, and even restaurants. So we came to check out this Korean dessert parlor to try the bingsus that they are known for; then we also tried the other quick bites that they have to offer. Snowbing is located on the Upper Ground Floor of the Main Building of SM City North EDSA, Bago Bantay, Quezon City. The place is well-lit and I like the color scheme of their interiors. If you are a fan of K-pop, then you will also enjoy the music videos that they are playing here.

We tried dishes of every kind and here they are:
Honey Butter Toast. The toast is about an inch thick, crisp on the outside and soft inside. The honey-butter is a good contrast. I also like the whipped cream.
Korean Pizza. When we talk about Korean, a dish that commonly comes to our minds is bulgogi; and that's what they serve here.
Salted Egg Pasta. The creamy salted egg pasta is served with bacon bits.
White and Dark Chocolate Toast. Warning: carb overload! I like the creativity on this toast. I couldn't decide which side tastes better but I definitely like the middle.
Matcha Green Tea. I'm not a fan of matcha and there is a huge amount of matcha going on here. Matcha lovers, I'm leaving the judgment to you. You got to try this out.
Cheezy Mango. I'm a fan of mango so this one earns some extra credits from me. The mangoes are ripe sweet and nothing sour. The cheese just tastes so good as well as the Korean shaved ice. It's a perfect balance.
Choco Brownie. This is my second favorite among the ones served. The brownies are really good. The Korean shaved ice tastes like frozen chocolate milk drink (yum!). I also like the almond flakes.
Strawberries and Cream. The Korean shaved ice tastes the same with the Cheesy Mango's. I guess all the white bases are the same. Tastes like vanilla ice cream. With delectable fresh strawberries and sweet strawberry syrup on top.
Tropical Fruit. A healthy option for those who want to feel less guilty when eating dessert. This was good but I'm not a fan of the fruits on this dish. I'm a sucker for whipped cream, though. So I bet you know what part I ate here. Lol.
The mandatory selfie! Thank you, Snowbing for having us. Will definitely come back.
