CDP Global Table

CDP has recently come up with their #Healthyish options and we tried them all out. Sharing the healthy good experience here. 

CDP Global Table is known for its modern and chic interiors which give a cozy ambiance ideal for business meetings and friendly catch ups. They recently came up with healthy bowls (#healthyish) and here they are:
Poke and Adlai Bowl. Tuna poke, kani poke, avocado, lato, pickled radish, tempura crunch. I haven't had lato for about two years already and I enjoyed this dish a lot. The Adlai is also amazing; high in fiber and rich in protein. The dish is sating and the salad gives you a refreshing feel. 
Ulang and Tropical Fruit Bowl. Fresh river prawns, watermelon, pomelo, mango, pineapple, lime dressing, camote chips. I like how they balance their healthy dishes. Salads with a good meat. 
Halibut on Quinoa and Cauli Rice. Pan-roasted halibut fillet, quinoa, cauliflower rice, almonds, pine nuts, feta. The halibut is good, but the quinoa and cauliflower rice mix is also good that it can stand on its own. 
Kimchi Soba Salad. Kimchi, cold soba, egg, nori, crispy tofu. 
Grilled Beef and Vermicelli Salad Bowl. Hanging tender, vermicelli, pickled vegetables, peanuts, sweet chili vinaigrette. I like this a lot and would recommend this for those who couldn't go on a full vegetarian meal. 
Grilled Chicken Tikka Wrap. Grilled chicken tikka, mixed greens, feta, tzatziki. 
Grilled Vegetable Wrap. Mixed greens, zucchini, capsicum, eggplant, chevre, pine nuts. 
Lamb Kofta Wrap. Lamb kofta, mixed greens, tomatoes, feta, tzatziki. 
Lechon Wrap. Lechon, mixed greens, sriracha, aioli. Another great balance of salad and a popular favorite, lechon. 
Prawn and Oyster Tempura Wrap. Prawns, oysters, mixed greens, mango. This is my favorite pick among the wraps. The serving of prawns is generous, plus I just love ripe mangoes a lot.
