Following our dinner after having unlimited yakiniku, we decided to have some tea and dessert at TWG Tea. They have quite a number of flavors for the macarons but we decided to try out their tea-infused ones.

TWG Tea has different branches around the globe and is known for its vast selection of the finest teas in the world. TWG Tea specializes in teas from source gardens and offers over 800 different single estate harvests and exclusive blends from every tea-producing country--the list can be overwhelming and it can be hard to make your selection. Along with the menu, they provide a tea book where you can read about the teas that they offer--or you can simply consult their tea specialist for recommendations.
For the macarons, we ordered the Number 12 Tea and Tiramisu--the taste of the tiramisu is distinct, with a hint of the Number 12 tea (As rich and dark as the finest coffee beans, this black tea, reminiscent of the verdant hills of the Great Rift valley, yields a smooth and velvety cup); the Earl Grey Fortune and Chocolate with a distinct taste of dark chocolate filling which tasted like 60%, and the Earl Grey Fortune flavor (This strong and full-bodied first flush Darjeeling is blended with TWG Tea bergamot to yield a most robust and balanced cup) of the biscuit; the Napoleon Tea and Caramel had a sweet taste yet balanced by the Napoleon Tea (This tea of destiny combines a high-quality black tea with a sophisticated TWG Tea blend of sweet French spices with a hint of vanilla, giving a most extraordinary and fully developed aroma) infusion--it quite reminds me of eating Oreos, though; and the Silver Moon Tea and Strawberry which was our favorite among the four--the distinct taste of the sweet strawberry was really good and the infusion of the tea in the biscuit by which we also ordered the Silver Moon Tea itself.
The teas that we ordered are the Silver Moon Tea and the 1837 Black Tea. The Silver Moon Tea is a blend of green teas accented with a grand berry and vanilla bouquet. Suave, with just a hint of spice. A tea for that special moment. The 1837 Black Tea is TWG Tea's renowned signature tea. 1837 black is a unique blend of black tea with notes of fruits and flowers from the Bermuda triangle, which leaves a lingering aftertaste of ripe berries, anise, and caramel. A timeless classic.
