Linguini Fini
I had some pasta craving recently when I was shopping at SM Megamall. On the lookout for something new, I decided to check on my Zomato app for an Italian restaurant with a good rating and that is suited for my budget. I ended up trying out Linguini Fini with my mom.
Located at the third floor of Mega Fashion Hall, SM Megamall, Ortigas, is this new Italian restaurant, Linguini Fini. The place serves Italian cuisines, a huge variety of pasta and pizzas; with fresh pasta made from scratch.
The interiors give a contemporary Western design and they have a wide space available. The lighting is good and the tables also have a good distance from each other which would make you enjoy your dining experience better (feels more private and less crowded). The staff are friendly and attentive. Free WiFi is also available to their customers.
Here are the dishes that we had:
Complimentary Focaccia Bread with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil Dip. Something good to have while waiting for your order. Bread is average, though I did not seem to enjoy it with the vinegar and olive oil.
Homemade Iced Tea. Tastes like the usual house blend iced tea with orange concentrate. 
Cheese Pizza. Mozarella, parmigiano, grana padano. I did not expect much from their pizza since I just wanted to have an extra dish in case the lite pasta that we ordered would not sate us. I'm surprised that even the cheese pizza was good. Also, I am amazed by their pickled chili; their own version for hot sauce. It was not too spicy and it works perfectly with the pizza.
Truffle Shroom Fettuccine (Lite). Shitake mushroom, truffle, porcini. I just love this combination and tastes really good for me.
LF Porchetta (Lite). Red onion, basil. A little disappointing since in the menu, it has huge cuts of liempo on top which was too far from how it was served. Tastes like having pork sisig-flavored pasta. Preferring the truffle shroom over this one.
Overall, the dishes were good and I would definitely come back to this place and try their other dishes.
