Feed Your Passion: Gayuma

We have been invited to the soft opening of Gayuma in Poblacion. It was a night of fun and learning as we had tarot reading sessions, enjoyed good food, and we even learned a simple spell.

Gayuma, which actually stands for love charm, is the name of the newly-opened bar which is themed with magic and mystery. It is located on Azotea De BelAir, 5786 Polaris Corner Felipe Street, Poblacion, Makati City.

Sharing the dishes that we had:
Gayuma. Gayuma's signature drink is a vodka-based cocktail with a mix of juices. I definitely fell in love with this drink. You wouldn't taste the alcohol but you may get tipsy after a while (depending on your tolerance). What I was also able to identify in this drink is the taste of mango juice. Probably why I love it so much.
Patang Sikat. Crispy pata that goes well with alcohol.
Spiced Tofu Sisig. I'm picky when it comes to eating tofu so I'm very particular on how it was cooked/prepared. Their tofu sisig is something I ate and liked.
Margarita's Pizza. I like it, it's tasty, and crunchy.
Hot O's. Breaded onion rings. It's really good and crispy. We love it.

Aside from the good food and drinks, Rob Rubin (www.robrubinreadings.com) was also there to give us tarot readings. I'm a fan, guys!

He also gave a small talk and gave us a lesson on a simple "gayuma"spell. ;)
