Pioneer Street Market: Jan's Kitchen (4/16)
Letting people discover European cooking and to spice up their own cooking by using their flavored sea salts, sauerkraut and/or curry ketchup. Jan's Kitchen just started out this 2016, utilizing sea salts from the Philippines flavored with ingredients all over the world. They also serve European dishes like sauerkraut and pannenkoeken, which are not easily available in the Philippines.
Pannenkoeken. Dutch pancake that has apple, cinnamon, bacon and cheese. Tastes like waffle, you eat this with adding either brown sugar or caramel. Reminds me of how Filipinos eat suman, though.
Artisanal flavored sea salts for home-cooking and down-to-earth European cooking to enjoy at Jan's Kitchen.
