Mamou 3.0

Went to Mamou 3.0 to have dinner with my friend Always Hungry PH who was invited by the restaurant's general manager. Sharing the dishes that we had here.

Mamou 3.0 is the third branch of Mamou: A Home Kitchen; known for its succulent USDA Prime Grade Steak. It's located on the Ground Floor of Ayala Malls The 30th, Meralco Avenue, Ugong, Pasig City.
Here are the dishes that we had for dinner:
Palm Spring Rolls. Heart of coconut palm, ground pork, chili sauce, and garlicky vinaigrette. I really like these spring rolls. It's a healthy option and tastes good even by itself, or with any of the two sauces on the side.
Warm CousCous Salad. Carrots, zucchini, capsicum, red Benguet rice and whole wheat couscous. This dish is packed with calories, enough to get you going. (Trivia: Couscous has more calories and a higher glycemic index compared to whole grains).
Mario Bottarga Al Olio. Spaghettini, tuna roe, garlic olive oil sauce. I like how they added tuna roe to the al olio, which makes this a gourmet meal.
Linguine Al Nero. Linguini, squid ink sauce. This is so good, however, you'd better watch your lips and your teeth; the squid ink stains well.
Roast Pork & Chicken. Mamou's citrus rubbed pork & chicken, buttered onions, white/red Cuban rice, cinnamon saba, black beans. (All pork or all chicken is also possible).
Angus Ribeye USDA Prime Grade Steak. Served with a choice of two sides: white/red steak rice, corn pudding, creamed spinach, baked mashed potatoes. The star of the night. Cooked medium rare, this steak is so good and succulent, it can go well by itself or just salt.
Dark Chocolate Sans Rival. This dessert layered with dark chocolate is good; one thing is that I love dark chocolate. I'm looking for more crunch from this one, however. Maybe cashews for a sans rival.
Key Lime Pie with "Schlagsahne." First thing, I thought Schlagsahne was something luxurious. Turns out, it's just the German term for "whipped cream." Lol. Good one, though.
Pecan Pie with "Schlagsahne." Nutty sweet goodness.
I love the mains of Mamou 3.0 especially the steak and squid ink pasta. The dessert was good but nothing extraordinary for me.
