Had this Japanese Beauty Hot Pot experience at Bijin Nabe by Tsukada Nojo in S Maison

Located at the Level 2 of S Maison, Conrad Manila, Seaside Boulevard Corner Coral Way, Mall of Asia Complex (MOA), Pasay City, they are known to the ladies for their Japanese Beauty Hot Pot, Bijin Nabe.
Here are the dishes that we tried:
Maximum Fried Eggplant. Fried eggplants seasoned with "maximum" spice and sweet chili. It has a very soft "Fuwa-Fuwa" texture. I'm not a fan of eggplant but this one had a good fluffy feel and less of that vegetable texture which made me enjoy it.
Chicken Nanban (Original). This is a traditional dish in Miyazaki. Served with homemade tartar sauce.
Nikumaki Onigiri. A popular rice ball in Japan. Nikumaki Onigiri is a bite-sized rice ball wrapped in special pork belly strips and baked with hand-crafted soy sauce until it achieves the perfect texture and golden brown color. This is a well-loved staple in Japan.
The Bijin Nabe
The Bijin Nabe is a combination of the freshest vegetables, seafood, and chicken cooked in Golden Jidori Chicken Stock. This includes baby sweet potato leaves, baby corn, lady's finger, deep-fried tofu, zucchini, fresh black fungus, tori tsukene, chicken, prawn, red radish, and sunflower sprout.
The stock is stewed for more than 8 hours until the chicken bones are fully dissolved. Eventually, chicken stock turns into a smooth and silky collagen pudding. They only use the best quality golden collagen chicken stock that is regularly transported from their farm in Japan, ensuring that their collagen will be the key to your beautiful skin and health.
Collagen is believed to have health and beauty benefits because this type of protein is the one responsible for our skin's elasticity, which reduces fine lines and wrinkles. It can also make your skin look flawless and have that radiant "glow."
Having the Bijin Nabe is like a hot pot course meal. First, the collagen will be heated up so that it will turn into soup. Experience the rich flavor of the golden collagen before any of the vegetables are added. Then, try out how the flavors change when vegetables and noodles are added. The last part would be when prawns are added. My favorite is the pure collagen and the last part with the flavor of the prawns.
